Dear Bill: You cover quite a lot of ground in your very interesting show! Here’s my gripe with the hipe! I am paying on a condo here in south Fl. that I bought in 2006 at the peak. I am deep underwater. I have a 6% fixed rate. Every bank I have asked has said “No” to me because it’s a second home. My credit score was 758 as of this morning. I am a 100% disabled veteran, a product of Vietnam. My primary res. in New Hampshire is paid off. I have one car payment. My income before taxes is $78000. Everyone says the want to help out the vets………….until the vets want to be helped out. What a slime bucket system. I’m ashamed how these banks operate. Greedy bastards they are. Any suggestions how I can lower my mortgage interest? (I do have a cr. equity line on my home up north, however did not want to use that to purchase this dump)
