Thursday Job Fair at Signature Grand in Davie

Sponsored by JobNewsUSA, a job fair will be held Thursday, October 20^th, at the Signature Grand in Davie.

Starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. and lasting until 2:00 p.m., job seekers are encouraged to bring their résumé and dress appropriately for an on-site interview.

“Approximately 30 employers are scheduled for the job fair,” stated Jim Nolan, general manager at JobNewsUSA.  Available positions include sales, information technology, and teaching.

In addition to exhibiting employers, the job fair will offer instructional information designed to provide participants with the tools necessary to aide them in their job search.  Workshops will cover such topics as résumé critiquing, interview techniques and tips on networking and “working the room.”
